thisandco is an independent creative agency working at the intersection of brands, content, creators, and culture.
We partner with ambitious brands across luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and beyond, developing strategies, content, and experiences designed to make brands culturally relevant.
We make brands impossible to ignore.
The Opportunity
Great creative work needs more than great ideas. It needs people who know how to make things happen.
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who understands the fast-moving world of social media and digital communication, knows how creative agencies operate, and can confidently lead projects from the first conversation to the final delivery.
This isn’t just about managing timelines and checking tasks off a list. It’s about connecting people, priorities, and processes to make sure every project runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results.
You’ll be the link between clients, creative teams, strategists, and production, ensuring that great ideas translate into equally great execution.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership,

anticipates challenges, and brings structure without slowing creativity down.
What You’ll be doing
Lead and manage multiple creative, social media, and digital projects from briefing to delivery.
Oversee day-to-day operations across client accounts, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables are consistently met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative strategists, social media managers, designers, content creators, and production specialists.
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and workflows to ensure efficient execution.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and building strong professional relationships.
Oversee social media projects, including content calendars, creative production, approval processes, publishing schedules, and campaign execution.
Ensure all deliverables meet both client expectations
