Adventura Srl, a dynamic Performance Marketing agency, is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Setters. This is a key role in our sales pipeline, perfect for those with a hunter mentality who enjoy initiating contact and creating new opportunities. We welcome applicants with no prior experience, as we provide full training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact businesses from provided lead lists (both cold and warm).
Engage potential clients, introduce our services, and identify key decision-makers.
Qualify leads based on their needs and potential.
Schedule qualified appointments and demos for our senior Closer team.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
(For Senior Profiles) Opportunity to progress into closing selected sales.
