As a Cost Estimator , you will respond to the Head of Sustinable Infrastructures Tendering department and be part of the Sustainable Infrastructures Business Line.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Analyze the tender documents provided by Client and study scope of work, project schedule, technical specifications and Client’s requirements.
Develop the cost estimate of project activities and services, including staff, manpower, construction equipment/consumables, assets,



plant materials and subcontracts.
Analyze the Vendors quotation to be included in the bid cost estimate.
Develop accurate cost analysis for construction works .
Implement the constructability activities as required (e.g. in the definition of most appropriate erection methods, fabrication/construction sequences, layouts, pre-fabrication strategies, etc.)
Prepare the bid price sheet and the project cash flow .
What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveyor Diploma
Experience: at least 10 years as Estimator within Transport Infrastructures Projects (e.g. Railways, Metro, Motorway) and Civil Sectors.
Technical Skills : Knowledge of Estimating Methodologies and cost analysis of Direct, Indirect and Subcontracting works; strong understanding of construction methods, materials and practice.
IT Skills: Familiarity with Estimating Tools such as: STR VISION, PRIMUS,
