Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality assistance to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector
Resolve complex inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency to ensure maximum client satisfaction




Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate and relevant information
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and elevate technical issues to the appropriate internal departments
Collaborate with an international team to maintain high standards of service excellence in our Italian-speaking jobs
Utilize internal CRM tools to document interactions and track customer feedback effectively
Ensure all interactions align with the brand's voice and the rigorous quality standards of our Customer Support Services projects
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
Good level of English for internal communication and training
Valid EU passport or work permit (mandatory)
Strong communication skills and a passion for providing top-tier customer experiences
Ability to adapt to new technologies and fast-paced work environments
Previous experience in Customer Support Services is consider
