Job purpose: The IDM and Delivery Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing WFP's ability to deliver food, cash, and voucher assistance by supporting the development, deployment, and adoption of corporate Identity Management (IDM) and delivery solutions. This involves gathering and documenting business requirements from country offices and stakeholders, designing human-centered processes, and acting as a liaison between field operations and technical teams. The analyst will contribute to strengthening the field-oriented service model, ensuring corporate solutions align with standards and effectively meet operational needs for registration, verification, distribution,
and reconciliation processes, ultimately improving the assurance of aid delivery and expense recognition.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders, such as Country Offices, Regional Offices, and end-users, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. The analyst will translate these operational needs into clear requirements for technical teams, employing a Human-Centered Design approach.
