Overview
FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM NOVEMBER
We are looking for an engaged and passionate People Digital Communications & Engagement Intern to join our People & Organization team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Supporting the creation of content to communicate employee engagement programs, from a storytelling perspective;
- Contributing to the design and creation of digital and visual contents (newsletters, advertising materials, etc.);
- Assisting the team in managing and scheduling communications according to the internal calendar and support in deploying engagement and people care activities;
- Coordination of internal engagement and communication channels.

Qualification
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Good use of Design Tools (Canva,InDesign, Adobe Premier, Photoshop) and a strong interest in digital areas;
- Creative and digital communication background;
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for writing and storytelling;




- Creative and innovative approach, with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual formats;
- Proactive, problem-solving, proven team worker and collaborative work relationship, organizational and timing skills.
