Overview In this role you will deliver competitive insights and forecasting for international pharma markets to guide commercial strategies. You will work with cross-country teams to analyze data from multiple sources and support regional expansion in Europe. You will own CRM implementation and field-force monitoring, ensuring KPI alignment and incentive design across countries. The position plays a critical role in providing analytic support to the COO and commercial affiliates while solving complex business questions. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines analytical rigor with effective communication to diverse users.
Responsabilità
- Analyze market dynamics and forecast international market trends to inform commercial actions
- Lead CRM implementation and alignment for Gentili International with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor international field-force performance and KPI analysis
- Design and manage international incentive schemes and cross-country tracking
- Support quarterly incentive calculations and execution with Country GMs




- Provide ad-hoc analytic support integrating internal and external data sources
- Collaborate with International Field Manager to ensure cross-country consistency
- Coordinate with General Managers and external providers on technical and business CRM needs

Requisiti fondamentali
- Economic Degree or Scientific Degree with strong analytical/quantitative skills
- 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Strong cross-functional and cross-country collaboration能力
- Clear communication of technical concepts to diverse users
- Analytical and synthetic capabilities and strong problem-solving approach
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
