CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required:

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

Preferred:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management.





• Lodging sales experience.

• Account management experience.

• Marriott sales systems experience

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Managing Sales Activities

• Identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities for group accommodation, meetings, incentives, conferences, and special events.

• Developing and implementing sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and market share within the group segment.

• Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation, contract signing, and post-sale follow-up.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, event planners, travel agencies, destination management companies, and key accounts.

• Preparing customized proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

• Conducting site inspections, hotel presentations, and sales appointments to showcase
