h3Overview /h3 /brpFor our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).
/p /brh3Your Impact /h3 /brpAs part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.
/p /brh3Main Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliData analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs /li /brliParticipation in the optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs /li /brliManaging relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses /li /brliExecution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products /li /brliSupport and execution of transactions in the ERP (delivery notes, invoices,..) /li /brliAccurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports if required /li /brliManage return of goods from external ensuring accuracy in inventory management /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar /li /brliAbility to work both independently and in teams,



with a hands-on approach /li /brliProblem solving and focus on results /li /brliGood communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude /li /brliExcellent organizational and technical skills /li /brliComputer (Microsoft Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel /li /brliFluent English (written and spoken).
Any additional language is an advantage /li /brliSAP knowledge is a plus /li /br /ul /brh3Would Appreciate a Person that is /h3 /brpInterested in the Logistics operations in Fashion Luxury industry and knowledgeable about warehouse operating processes.
