Risorse Professional, a company specialising in the recruitment of middle and senior management, for a leading company specialized in the Fintech sector is looking for a:Main Responsibilities:He manages enterprise merchants, supports technical API integrations, coordinates with Sales, Product and Engineering teams, troubleshoots complex issues, drives retention, supports the Account Managers with upselling opportunities, tests new APM and works daily in English.
It's a hybrid role combining Pre-sales, Technical Consulting and Project Management; He can intervene in pre-sales phase, to show how easy it is to integrate with the product; he must be able to speak with tech roles; He supports integration, shows all the features that we have, and must be accurate in internal communication (what is sold is what is being integrated); During the livewith merchant :
