ResponsabilitàOversee day-to-day trial operations per contract and regulatory requirements
Act as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables
Maintain deep knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication
Provide cross-functional oversight and ensure training for project team members
Review and provide input on protocol, edit check specs, and data analysis plans
Develop operational project plans and manage risk and vendor relationships
Supervise site quality and monitor deliverables by Clinical Research Associates
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in a health or life science-related field
Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience
CRO experience preferred
Experience in Phases 1-4 (Phases 2-3 preferred)
Management of overall project timeline
Strong leadership skills
