/ppWe are seeking a talented, innovative, and highly operational bExecutive Chef /b to lead the culinary vision of Borgo.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for authentic gastronomy, and the ability to elevate the culinary identity of the resort while ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
/ppThis role will be instrumental in building a stronger culinary offering, creating memorable dining experiences, enhancing the resort's food reputation, and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute the culinary strategy for all Borgo dining outlets.
/liliBuild a stronger culinary identity that reflects the destination while incorporating international standards and innovation.
/liliDesign and continuously enhance menus, concepts, and guest dining experiences.
/liliLead, mentor, and develop the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
/liliEnsure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
/liliManage food cost, labor cost, budgeting,
purchasing, and inventory control.
/liliCollaborate closely with FB leadership to drive guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
/liliDevelop signature culinary events, themed experiences, and seasonal offerings.
/liliMaintain compliance with all health, safety, and HACCP regulations.
/liliSupport talent recruitment and succession planning within the culinary team.
/li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliProven experience as Executive Chef in luxury resorts, five-star hotels, or high-end restaurant operations.
/liliStrong leadership and team development capabilities.
/liliDemonstrated success in elevating culinary concepts and food quality standards.
/liliPassion for local products, sustainability, and authentic guest experiences.
/liliStrong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs.
/liliCreativity combined with operational discipline.
/liliFluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
/liliInternational hospitality experience preferred.
