pIn this role based in Fiorano, Italy, you will be in charge of customer relationship management, from ordering to invoicing.
This is a fixed-term role until December ****.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliFront office procedure /liliWelcome the truck drivers and provide them with the Site Security Rules /liliContact with forwarders (including import/export documentation) /liliPurchase orders creation /liliEnter orders in SAP /liliTrack orders to billing /liliRespond to customer requests (delivery time, invoicing, disputes, etc.) /liliSupport the team in case of workload /liliSupport for month end closure procedure /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliPrevious experience in a similar role (order management, customer service, etc.) /liliLogistics for customer service experience including with billing-shipping /liliKnowledge of SAP, Salesforce,



and Microsoft programs /liliExperience in maintaining good communication and relationships with with customers and other teams (sales, factories, amongst others) /liliFluent in English and Italian /liliDynamism and problem solving /liliTeam spirit and mutual assistance /li /ulpAs a global organisation operating across multiple countries, compensation for this role may vary depending on location, local market benchmarks, and experience.
