ResponsabilitàBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance
Analyze data to drive operational excellence,
growth and profitability for partners and Glovo
Drive revenue growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
Own partner revenue performance and track measurable growth
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customized solutions
Own the partner onboarding process in the App from store setup to first days on Glovo
Requisiti fondamentali2+ years in high-performance account management or business consultancy
Problem solver, data-driven with analytical approach
Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization
Familiar with Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus
Native Italian and English proficiency
