Requisiti fondamentaliProven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in developing and executing business plans
A degree in business, economics, or a related field
Fluency in Italian, with a good command of English
