h3Overview /h3 pThe Medical Affair Team has the primary objective to support the scientific information and development on the Menarini products.
/p pThe Medical Manager works closely with the Brand Manager.
Other internal relationships include relations with MSL Lead, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory personnel.
External relationships include MSLs, Medical Reps, Corporate Medical Managers, Scientific Societies, KOLs.
/p pType of contract: fixed-term contract 12 months /p h3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3 pCooperate with Brand Manager in developing the medical component of the brand strategy.
/p ul liDevelop and execute medical affairs plan for the products /li liDevelop a proper advocacy plan and engage with national Key Opinion Leader.
/li liSupport MSLs in the execution of the local medical plan -Release scientific trainings to medical reps and MSLs.
/li liCreate and review promotional materials.
/li liCooperate with other Departments (Regulatory/MarketAccess/Pharmacovigilance) in the preparation of relevant documents necessary to meet the requirements of local Health Authorities.




/li liMedical enquiries management.
/li liSupport/investigate life cycle management initiatives for the products.
/li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Medicine /li liSpecialization in internistic disciplines or pharmacology preferred /li liFluent English in written and verbal format /li liOptimal use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) /li liCommunication and public speaking skills /li liRelational and organizational skills /li liTeam working skills /li liUp to 20% overnight travel, including abroad required /li /ul pThe selected candidate will be employed under Category A in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur ******,00 and Eur ******,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. *******.
