Syensqo is seeking an EU Industrial Compounding Technology Leader to bridge technology, manufacturing and innovation across multiple sites. You will lead safety, reliability and efficiency improvements for extrusion and compounding operations, partnering with plant teams, maintenance, suppliers and R&D; to scale new products from concept to manufacturing.
