pTailorFox – your HR Business Partner – for a Multinational company in the renewable energy sector, has asked us to search for the following professional profile: /ppThe Country Leader for Italy will take full responsibility for company management, business performance, and overall commercial development.
/ppThe successful candidate will oversee all key business functions, ensuring alignment with Group strategy, operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the market.
/pbA strong commercial mindset is essential /b.
The Country Leader will be expected to actively engage with key customers and stakeholders, supporting the sales organization in developing strategic relationships and identifying new business opportunities.pbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliProvide overall leadership and strategic direction for the business.
/liliAssume full responsibility for the country's PL and business performance.
/liliEnsure effective coordination between commercial, project management and service activities.
/liliDrive business growth by building key stakeholder relationships, engaging in customer negotiations, and supporting the sales organization.
/liliCollaborate closely with the Service and Project Management Leadership Team to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational performance.
/liliRepresent the organization towards Regional and Global Headquarters.
/liliEnsure implementation of Group policies, governance procedures and compliance standards.
/liliMonitor business KPIs and define corrective actions when required.
/liliLead and motivate all the employees across the Country towards Group mission.




/liliAct as Legal Representative of the company where required.
/liliEnsure compliance with Health, Safety Environment regulations, including responsibilities related to Legislative Decree *******.
/li /ulpbCandidate Profile: /b /pulliProven experience as Managing Director, Country Manager, General Manager, CEO.
/liliStrong experience managing a full PL and leading multi-functional organizations.
/liliDemonstrated success in business development and commercial leadership.
/liliExperience operating within international and matrix organizations.
/liliStrong understanding of operational and service-oriented business models.
/liliExperience in technology, industrial services, technical solutions, engineering, energy, infrastructure, equipment, industrial distribution or comparable sectors.
/liliStrong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
/liliAbility to operate effectively in dynamic and evolving environments.
/liliOutstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
/liliPrevious responsibility for sales growth and strategic account management.
/li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliFluency in Italian and English (mandatory).
/liliDegree in Engennering / Sales / Economics, an MBA would be considered as a plus.
/liliAvailability to travel across Italy and internationally when required.
/liliPrevious experience interacting with international headquarters.
/liliStrong commercial orientation combined with operational and financial acumen.
