ResponsabilitàDefine and execute the company strategy to meet financial, commercial and operational objectives
Assume full P&L; responsibility and monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital
Lead Commercial and Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and expand market presence
Build and manage relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders
Identify and pursue growth opportunities through product innovation, market expansion, and partnerships
Oversee Operations, Product Management and R&D; to drive innovation and execution speed

Requisiti fondamentaliProven experience in General Management or Business Unit Leadership within industrial environments
Strong knowledge of home appliances, kitchen furniture, built-in appliances, or related sectors
