The resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers' satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer.
/ppWe offer a tempo pieno fixed term contract until the end of January ****.br/Work area: Pratica di Mare (Pomezia)br/Hybrid work position /ph3Responsabilita /h3pThe post holder will: /pullibe accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution; /liliManage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures: /liliTrack and report all the interactions with the customers recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing.
Responsible for summarizing and analyzing data and reporting of results; /liliCollaborate with the sales force communicating with a scheduled timing results of all interactions with customers.
/li /ulh3Functie-eisen /h3pThe ideal candidate possess: /pulliUniversity degree or equivalent /liliProficient computer skills,



including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) /liliKnowledge of SAP will is a plus /liliGood level of English /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills; /liliInterpersonal and teamwork skills; /liliAbility to adapt to new systems and procedures.
/li /ulpTechnical skills: /ppWe are looking for a tech-oriented, curious individual with strong problem-solving and learning capabilities.
Experience in using AI/LLM tools, including for technical problem-solving, is preferred, along with solid skills in Excel, SQL, and Power Automate, and a basic knowledge of Python.
Experience with VBA, Power Query, Power BI/Power Apps, and Git would be considered an additional asset.
