This is the person who will build a marketing department from the ground up, and eventually lead it.

They need someone to start as the first Product Manager on the ground, design how modern marketing looks in the business, and grow a team around them.
Not tweak.

The role
Design the go-to-market strategy for a growing diagnostics portfolio.
Build the marketing function as it should be in 2026 — digital-first, data-driven, competitive intelligence at the core.
Run market and competitor analysis that shapes commercial decisions, not slide decks that die in drawers.
Partner directly with Sales, Commercial, and international counterparts — you'll be in the room where things get decided.
Own positioning, messaging and campaigns for upcoming product launches.
Hire and build your team as the function scales.

You're the one if you have
- 5+ years as a Product Manager in clinical diagnostics, ideally molecular diagnostics
- Fluent English (this role works cross-border)
- Builder mentality — you thrive in "let's create this from zero" more than "let's optimise what's already there"
- Ambition to lead a team down the line — this is a role for someone playing the long game
