pAs a Manager for 3PL Systems Integration, you will shape the future-state supply chain for Johnson Johnson MedTech within the MTSC Transformation Office.
You will define how warehouse management systems integrate with 3PL partners, aligning processes across regions to enable an asset-light operating model.
You will collaborate with IT, regional teams, and partners to standardize integration approaches and monitor performance.

/pulliDefine and maintain 3PL WMS integration requirements across the global network /liliDefine end-to-end warehouse workflows and integration points between JJ systems and 3PL WMS /liliEstablish standardized business process requirements for the asset-light model /liliTranslate operational needs into structured system/integration requirements with Systems Strategy and IT /liliDefine inventory, inbound/outbound, order processing, and warehouse transaction flows in 3PL environments /liliDevelop and deploy integration frameworks, standards,
and playbooks for 3PL WMS /liliEnsure alignment of warehouse processes with partner execution and upstream/downstream processes /liliCoordinate with 3PL Partner Management and Deliver Teams on WMS integration standards /liliDrive governance and issue resolution for operational integration gaps /liliIdentify opportunities to standardize warehouse processes across regions/partners /liliCollaborate on KPIs and monitoring frameworks for WMS integration and warehouse performance /liliContribute to continuous improvement from deployments and feedback /lili8–10 years in supply chain, logistics, or partner coordination /liliExperience shaping and implementing WMS/TMS /liliStrong organizational and multi-stakeholder coordination skills /liliRegional experience managing multiple markets operations/suppliers/providers /liliGovernance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities /liliExperience maintaining process documentation and governance materials /liliAnalytical problem-solving with ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements /liliAbility to operate in a matrix organization and in high-pressure environments /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
