OverviewAs a Product Manager, you will own Qonto's German accounting expansion end-to-end, shaping the strategy and local offering for SMEs and their accountants.
You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and domain experts to deliver impact in a complex, local domain and drive cross-functional execution.
You will leverage AI as a core product lever to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery, turning accounting into a competitive advantage.
This role offers high autonomy within a squad, a chance to influence the German accounting landscape, and the opportunity to work with leading AI tools to scale the product autonomously.

Operate with maximum squad autonomy, delivering with minimal approvals
Requisiti fondamentaliDeep German accounting domain expertise
5+ years as a Product Manager with end-to-end or scale-from-0-1 experience
Experience using AI in product discovery and development
Fluency in German and strong English for cross-functional collaboration
