We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Twin Product Owner to support a major telecommunications transformation programme focused on Site Consolidation & Transformation (SC&T;) and the evolution towards Autonomous Networks.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the Digital Twin product vision, scope, success metrics, and MVP boundariesTranslate SC&T; use cases, migration workflows, and business needs into prioritized product requirementsManage and maintain the integrated product backlog, roadmap, and traceability frameworkAlign Digital Twin requirements with Autonomous Networks capabilities and product roadmapsFacilitate workshops with Network, Planning, OSS, Automation, Operations, Security, Data, and Architecture stakeholdersDefine critical data requirements including ownership, quality, lineage, freshness, reconciliation, and mastership principlesCreate and prioritize epics, features, and user storiesManage dependencies across Digital Twin, OSS, Network, Data, and Automation domainsDefine acceptance criteria, interface requirements, and Definitions of DoneSupport integration testing, validation activities, demonstration reviews, and acceptance processesPrepare decision materials and recommendations for unresolved scope, ownership, or roadmap topicsProvide governance reporting, progress updates, and stakeholder communicationsSupport MVP delivery, rollout readiness, and handover activitiesRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business AnalystProven experience delivering Digital Twin, Data Platform, Inventory Management,



or Network Data ProductsStrong experience with:Requirements elicitation and managementAgile backlog ownershipProduct roadmap definitionAcceptance managementStakeholder engagementStrong understanding of:Data quality managementData lineageReconciliation processesData ownership and governance conceptsAPI and data-contract principlesAbility to translate network and architecture concepts into product requirementsExperience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and delivery teamsTelecommunications, network inventory, or OSS domain experience is strongly preferredExcellent facilitation, communication, and negotiation skillsNice to HaveExperience with Autonomous Networks initiativesKnowledge of network inventory and topology management platformsExperience within large telecom operatorsUnderstanding of network transformation, migration, and consolidation programmesExposure to Digital Twin platforms and advanced data ecosystemsLanguage RequirementsProfessional proficiency in English and German is nice to haveWork mode: Fully remote.We are looking for VAT-registered professionals (Partita IVA) available to collaborate, with a daily rate between € 250 and € 280.Join us!
