Mercor is seeking an AI Safety Practitioner to remotely evaluate and improve the safety and quality of AI-generated responses. You will review content across high-risk domains, apply evaluation rubrics, and provide actionable feedback for model alignment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in AI safety or related fields, and demonstrate strong written English, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning.
