/ph3Job Summary: /h3pThe Occupational Therapist shall screen,



evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
/ph3Qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
/liliCertification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
/liliActive state license /liliExcellent organizational and time management skills /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills /liliCurrent working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures /liliCompletion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
