Ermenegildo Zegna Group is seeking a Group Internal Communication & Engagement Manager to shape and drive internal communication and employee engagement across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders including the Group CEO to translate priorities into impactful initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing comms formats, leading the annual employee engagement survey, and partnering with HR and Corporate Communications to communicate strategic updates.
