Purpose
The IP Coordinator manages intellectual property assets of the group and assists in their legal protection while fostering innovation and collaboration. By coordinating with legal teams and external partners, the IP Coordinator drives value and supports business objectives in a rapidly evolving sector.
Responsibilities
Coordinate IP Prosecution & Process Management: Oversee the legal processes involved in registering, securing and enforcing patents and trademarks. Administer ANAQUA (IP Tool): Manage IP assets using the ANAQUA tool to ensure efficient tracking and reporting. Interface with IP Law Firms and Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with external law firms and internal teams, such as IP and brand managers, to align efforts and enhance effective IP management.
Lead ANAQUA Training & Trademark Processes: Provide training on the ANAQUA system and trademark processes. Management of IP Budget: Control and manage the budget related to IP activities to ensure financial efficiency. Ensure Co
