The role You will own the website experience, from design in Figma to publishing in Webflow. The core of the role is UX design: understanding the user, structuring the page and building a scalable design system. You will also work on implementation and on the continuous optimization of conversion.
What you will do Design high-converting landing pages for paid traffic, focused on a specific feature or profession, for desktop and mobile.
Define the website structure and new sections (for example resources pages), improving usability and speed.
Own the design workflow in Figma end to end: scalable components with auto-layout, brand tokens and variables, usage documentation. Build and publish pages and components directly in the CMS (Webflow), fixing bugs, translations and redirects.
Implement custom solutions and automations with HTML, CSS and JS, and support integrations (embeds, forms, CRM).
Identify UX and conversion friction points using analytics, heatmaps and user behavior analysis, and propose tests and iterations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product and sales to turn business goals into pages that work.
