Your Mission As part of the development of our activities in Italy, we are looking for an M&A; Manager for our Milan office. Reporting to the Country Manager – Italy, you will be responsible for the collection, consolidation, and analysis of financial data and information related to M&A; transactions, both greenfield and brownfield.
With a comprehensive understanding of the business development of the unit, you will support the definition of strategic and economic recommendations to evaluate acquisition and partnership opportunities. Lead M&A; transactions end to end: preliminary studies, market analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling of project cash flows. Manage M&A; projects in coordination with the various units in Italy and across Europe. Prepare materials for investment committees on M&A; activities.
Participate in the selection of advisors and partners involved in M&A; transactions. Support market analysis on specific areas of the energy business, in a broad and comprehensive manner.
Liaise with the European M&A; and finance teams to ensure consistency of practices across Green Yellow's operations. What we look for Higher education in Economics or Finance (Business School or University degree). At least 5 years of successful experience in Transaction Services, M&A;, within a
