Information about Agilent is available at the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our Healthcare Diagnostics Division (HDx) in Italy.In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Agilent's presence across healthcare institutions throughout Sicily, working with public hospitals, private laboratories, research centers,



and academic institutions.You will manage a diverse portfolio of diagnostic and clinical solutions including:Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)Molecular DiagnosticsCytogenetics and CGH/Microarray SolutionsPathology and Tissue DiagnosticsDigital Pathology & Software SolutionsAs a trusted advisor to customers, you will identify emerging opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and support laboratories in adopting innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes and advance precision medicine.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales GrowthAchieve and exceed annual sales targets and business objectives.Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across assigned accounts.Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to contract closureCollaborate closely with Applications Scientists, Marketing, Service, and Tender Management teams.Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop strong relationships with key regional stakeholders, including university hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, pathology laboratories, molecular diagnostic centers,
