Overview
Join Bureau Veritas as a SEE DxT Cost Backoffice Specialist to support cost control, budgeting and procurement administration in a multinational setting. You will manage purchase orders, CAPEX validation and accrual reporting, partnering with Finance and Procurement across countries. Your work influences monthly closes, forecasts and budget accuracy, shaping efficient operations within the DxT function. Responsabilità
- Manage Purchase Orders from creation to closure
- Support CAPEX approval and documentation processes
- Verify supplier invoices against budgets
- Prepare accrual reports and assist month-end closing
- Monitor costs vs. budget and identify variances
- Support forecasting (FQ1, FQ2, FQ3) and annual budget




- Maintain contract repositories and monitor renewals/ expirations
- Update documentation repositories and related processes
- Collect and report budget information across the DxT function
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and cross-country stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Economics (or related field)
- Experience in administrative, finance, controlling or back-office activities (advantage)
- Basic understanding of accounting and cost control principles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proficient English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and planning skills
