Responsabilità
- Lead the execution and global deployment of strategic AI initiatives with defined roadmaps, budgets, and milestones
- Coordinate stakeholders, technical teams,
and external partners through the implementation lifecycle
- Provide governance to ensure AI programs are scalable and aligned with enterprise standards
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and implementation plans
- Monitor program performance, budgets, risks, and dependencies, with escalation and corrective actions
- Drive adoption, change management and communication to maximize business value and user engagement
- Support transition of AI solutions into operational environments ensuring sustainability
- Prepare updates and recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, use cases, and deployment approaches
- Experience managing complex transformation or technology
