Overview
As an Implementation Consultant for Hudl Sportscode, you enable elite customers in Italy and the Meds, Balkans & Middle East to maximize value from our analysis products. You will align cross-functional teams to customer goals, educate users, and capture feedback to shape product onboarding. Your work directly impacts adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success of subscriptions. This role offers collaboration across Sales, Support, and Education in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsabilità
- Align Sales and customers on short- and long-term goals
- Educate customers and design onboarding workflows
- Advocate for customer needs and provide product feedback




- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education to surface insights and execute training strategy

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven customer-facing training experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different audiences
- Ability to understand customer workflows and drive successful product adoption
- Goal-oriented and driven work ethic
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving with attention to detail
- Multilingual: fluent in English and Italian
