Are you ready to be part of this journey?MissionWe are seeking a Software Engineer (Python) to join our backend engineering team and help design, build, and scale high-performance software solutions.
You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers while remaining hands-on in coding and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python applications and APIs.
- Implement and maintain unit, integration,



and performance tests to ensure reliability.
- Optimize code and systems for performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Technical Requirements
- Experience with Python 3.x and one or more major frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud environments (we are using AWS).
- Strong understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
