Job DescriptionTHE ROLETo strengthen its Organization & Special Projects team,
IQ-EQ is seeking in Italy a Business Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Organization & Special Projects and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.

- Manage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services.
- Coordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing.
