Overview of Role:
The Senior Analyst, Business Development (Direct Sales Strategy) is a pivotal role responsible for delivering in-depth analysis, supporting strategic planning, and optimizing operational activities across the direct sales channels. Being part of the Commercial Planning department, the position provides critical insights to enable data-driven decision‑making, fosters cross‑departmental collaboration, and ensures the achievement of the channel revenue targets.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a strategic function within the company’s growth engine, working at the intersection of data, marketing, revenue and consumer sales operations, with hands‑on use of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and AI/machine learning tools.
It provides exposure to high‑impact projects and the chance to influence decision‑making at a senior and executive level with impact on the company P&L;, shaping the future of the organization’s direct sales success.
Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Forecasting : Support the development and maintenance of the annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans, including target setting, direct sales modelling and KPIs forecasting, campaign calendar planning, risk assessment and cross‑departmental alignment.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering KPIs such as sales volume, conversion rates, lead performance, and channel productivity. Collect and define business requirements for Power BI dashboards development to ensure reporting automation.
- Data Analysis & Business Insights : Conduct in-depth analysis on direct sales‑related topics, such as campaign results, segmentation, and service level, using tools such as Databricks and
