Your role
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support the plant maintenance team. The role will contribute to spare-parts management and analysis, failure analysis, implementation of maintenance policies defined by the central maintenance team, standardization projects, and the use of CMMS systems. The role will also support the sharing of standards with the production value chain and international regions.
Main responsibilities:
- SPARE PARTS: review and monitor warehouse spare-parts stock in support of the production value chain.
- MACHINE PERFORMANCE: manage and analyze failures, support improvement plans, and develop maintenance policies.
- STANDARDIZATION PROJECTS: verify compliance with and application of maintenance standards, develop cost-containment strategies, and perform make-or-buy analyses.
