From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a Finance Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca, right in the heart of Milan. In this key role, you will take ownership of the finance function, combining hands-on financial and accounting management with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis. Working closely with the General Manager and senior finance leadership, you will provide financial insights to support business decisions and contribute to the successful opening and long-term development of the property. This standalone role offers the opportunity to grow into a more senior management position over time.

Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of METT Milan Torre Velasca, ensuring accurate, timely and efficient financial management in a highly hands-on role.
- Act as a financial business partner to the General Manager, Senior Management and Department Heads, providing financial insights and guidance to support business decisions, cost control and overall performance.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with the management team to set targets, monitor performance and identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and oversee monthly financial reporting, including P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, flash reporting and variance analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in line with corporate requirements.
