Job Description
Our Graduate Programme is LIVE for 2026, and we are looking for ambitious, curious, and driven graduates to join our innovative global company.
This 12‑month rotational programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple business functions while developing a deep understanding of our Fuel and Telematics divisions.
Pathway 1: Commercial & Sales Graduate Programme (Milan)
Location: Milan
You will complete four rotations across our commercial teams,
gaining exposure to the full sales cycle and customer growth strategies within both Fuel and Telematics.

Pathway 2: Customer Operations Graduate Programme (Vimercate)
Location: Vimercate
You will complete four rotations across key customer‑focused operational functions, building expertise in customer experience, service delivery, and business operations across Fuel and Telematics.
