Responsibilities
- Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Italian market. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
- Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
- Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising with a proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growth
- Proven experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience.
- High oral and written fluency in Italian and in English, is required, as the role involves direct client communication across the Italian markets served by the business
- Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
- Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a client portfolio, tasks, and projects within a fast paced environment
