In this role you will shape the global media strategy for De’Longhi Group brands from the HQ, guiding cross-market plans and aligning with a global framework. You will serve as the link between HQ and local markets, ensuring efficient media investments and strong ROI. You will lead collaboration with the Global Media Agency to develop briefs and elevate market performance. Join a fast-moving, transformation-driven environment where your insights drive worldwide impact. You will help build a best-in-class media roadmap that fuels growth for premium brands.

Responsabilità Provide strategic guidance to local markets, aligning media plans with the Global Media Framework and business goals
Analyze global campaign results to identify trends and best practices, driving optimization and ROI
Collect and consolidate marketing and media plans from all markets to give HQ a centralized view
Bridge HQ brand teams,



digital departments, and local leads to ensure a unified media approach
Lead relationship with the Global Media Agency to develop, implement, and refine the global media brief
Requisiti fondamentali 7+ years in media management, ideally in a top-tier international agency or large multinational
360-degree understanding of the media landscape with emphasis on Digital Media and performance-driven strategies
Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive summaries
International mindset with experience managing diverse stakeholders across regions
Advanced knowledge of digital media measurement tools and bidding platforms
Fluent in English
Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-channel budgets
