Overview
In this role you drive growth of Honeywell's building software portfolio through Italy's BMS partner network. You collaborate with distributors, system integrators, and end customers to identify digital transformation opportunities and accelerate adoption of connected building solutions. As a trusted advisor, you help partners articulate software value for operational, sustainability, and business outcomes. You will combine consultative selling with software expertise to build long-term ecosystem relationships and contribute to market expansion.

Develop and execute a software growth strategy aligned with regional objectives
Build and maintain a qualified software opportunity pipeline with partners and end customers

Identify new business, competitive displacement, and expansion opportunities within the installed base
Develop strategic relationships with key BMS channel partners, distributors and system integrators
Enable partners to identify, qualify and pursue software-led opportunities
Conduct partner workshops, sales training and business reviews
Support partners in go-to-market strategies and customer engagement plans
Lead consultative discovery with partners and customers to uncover digital transformation opportunities
Articulate business value of connected building solutions and develop tailored value propositions
Deliver impactful software demonstrations and assist in proposal development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design winning solutions
Manage software pursuits with structured opportunity management and pipeline forecasting
Maintain CRM discipline and conduct regular opportunity reviews and
