The successful candidate will contribute to the development of advanced metal processing technologies and materials solutions for next-generation products. This position is ideal for recent Master's graduates interested in applying their knowledge of materials science, metallurgy, and process engineering in an innovative research environment.The engineer will work closely with senior researchers and cross-functional teams to support process development, experimentation, characterization, and technology transfer activities.Process Research & DevelopmentSupport the development and optimization of metal processing technologies.Conduct laboratory experiments and evaluate process performance.Assist in designing and executing Design of Experiments (DOE).Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data.Materials CharacterizationPerform materials characterization using analytical and microscopy techniques.Investigate relationships between process conditions, microstructure, and ma
