This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Social Campaign Manager / Paid Social Performance Manager based in Italy.

As a Senior Social Campaign Manager, you will take full ownership of paid social advertising campaigns, driving measurable growth and profitability for international clients.
You will primarily manage Meta Ads campaigns, with opportunities to expand across TikTok, Snapchat, and other social advertising platforms.
Working with substantial advertising budgets, including campaigns exceeding $1 million per month, you will make data-driven decisions to maximize return on ad spend and overall business performance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning analytics, creative, CRM, tracking, and technology to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
Combining hands-on campaign management with analytical expertise, you will identify opportunities, test new approaches, and continuously optimize results.
You will also communicate directly with international clients,



translating campaign insights into clear recommendations and strategic actions.

Accountabilities
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns: Independently launch, execute, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns, primarily across Meta Ads and Facebook Ads, while exploring additional social platforms when appropriate.
- Own advertising budgets: Manage substantial campaign budgets, make daily allocation decisions, and optimize spending to maximize profitability, efficiency, and business impact.
