WeareonthelookoutforapassionateandprofessionalAssistantManagerReservationstojoinJumeirahCapriPalaceforthesummerseason2027.
Themaindutiesandresponsibilitiesare:
- Ensurethedeliveryofinternalandexternalservice,quality,andcommercialperformancealignedwithReservationsKPIobjectives.
- CollaboratewithSales,Revenue,andHotelOperationsteamstomaximizerevenueopportunitiesandminimizeoperationalinefficiencies.
- Superviseandensurecompletionofdaily,weekly,andmonthlytasksrelatedtoservations,audits,revenue,compliance,finance,visas,andgroupbookings.
- Identifyandescalaterisksrelatedtorevenue,finance,andguestexperiencetoseniormanagementforproactiveresolution.
- Monitorandresolveguestcomplaintspromptlybycoordinatingwithrelevantdepartmentstoensureasatisfactoryresolution




- Keepthedepartmentupdatedwithpropertyinformation,serviceofferings,newrates,andsellingstrategiestoenhanceoperationalefficiency.
- Motivatethereservationsteamtoachievehighservicelevelsandoperationalexcellence,fosteringacultureofcontinuousimprovement.
- Conducttrainingfornewcolleaguesandoverseethecompletionofallbusinesstrainingrequirements,ensuringpersonaldevelopmentplansareinplaceforallteammembers.
- Regularlyassessteamperformance,providecoachingandfeedback,conductperformancereviews,andensureadherencetoKPIsandstandards.
