Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel, Costa Smeralda is hiring through Hosco in Arzachena.Romazzino a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda for the season 2027 is looking for a talented Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team.The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong passion for hospitality and a commitment to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.
Key Responsabilities:
- Manage telephone reservations
- Welcome customers upon arrival
- Escort customers to their reserved tables
- Attend to guests' needs (e.g., checkroom service, etc.)
- Assist with information requests
- At least 1 year of experience in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Determination to achieve goals
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to various situations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Basic Computer-Literacy skills




- Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
