Overview In this role you will build and grow trusted partnerships with restaurant partners, acting as a strategic advisor to help them succeed on Glovo. You will use data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and drive revenue. You’ll own onboarding and ongoing partner support, from store setup to marketing and sales activations, enabling operational excellence and growth. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a fast-paced, diverse environment that values results and collaboration.

Responsabilità

Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners and act as a trusted consultant Understand partners' goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth,



and profitability for partners and Glovo Drive revenue growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization Own partner revenue performance and drive measurable growth Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to develop customized solutions Own the partner onboarding process in the app from store setup to first days, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales

Requisiti fondamentali

2-3 years of experience in high-performance account/sales management or business consultancy Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery Proven track record of exceeding KPIs Problem solver with data-driven analytical approach Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills Proficient in Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus Native Italian and English proficiency Problem solving Proactivity Strong organizational skills Data analysis Google Suite Salesforce (plus)
