YOOX are now seeking a talented and motivated Back Office Planner to join the wider Commercial department. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Working Model: Hybrid

Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)

Potential Start Date: November / December 2026

Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio)
Starting Annual Gross Base Salary: From 27.000€

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

- Management of Open to Buy, loading orders and updating the relevant systems;
- Management of the relationship with suppliers;
- Close cooperation with the Merchandising and Buying Team for oversight and analysis of purchasing campaigns and supplier portfolio;
- Close cooperation with Operations Inbound teams to address discrepancies between supplier documents and Navision's purchase orders;
- Support the Operations and Digital Production Team in the management of product processing flows;
- Close cooperation with the Finance & Administration teams to ensure a smooth flow between transport documents, invoices and payment management.

The type of person that we are looking for:





- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent;
- A prior working experience in a similar role is highly preferred;
- Strong analytical mindset /quantitative skills;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel is mandatory);
- Problem solving and proactive attitude;
- Very strong relationship and communications skills;
- Attention to the details, hard working and commitment;
- Good time management of projects and tasks, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
- Strong ability to work under pressure;
- Good English level (B2 at least) and fluency in Italian
