You will travel worldwide, work directly with customers, and play a key role in machine installations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Every assignment offers new challenges, learning opportunities, and the chance to make a visible impact on customer success. ## Your responsibilities* Install, start up, service, and upgrade packaging equipment at customer sites worldwide, ensuring successful commissioning and performance* Perform functional testing, preventive maintenance, and inspections to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime* Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, software, and mechanical issues, providing effective technical support to customers* Collaborate closely with customers to manage punch lists, drive issue resolution, and ensure systems operate according to safety standards* Document service activities, machine performance, and maintenance records to support continuous improvement and operational excellence ## Expectations for you* Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field* Strong knowledge of electrical components and automation systems; mechanical skills are an advantage* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service documentation* Fluency in Italian and English,



both written and spoken.

Additional languages are a plus* Knowledge of packaging machinery is considered a strong advantage* Willingness to travel globally for at least 140 days per year ## To succeed in this role
